Andrea Salinas has represented Oregon’s 6th District in Congress since 2023 and previously served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023. She was born in San Mateo, California in 1969 and currently resides in Tigard. Salinas graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
