Later that afternoon, she invited community members to seek assistance with federal agencies during a scheduled online session: “Join me for a virtual casework hour on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 12 pm PT to 1 pm PT. If you’re looking for help or have questions about a federal agency, my team will be ready to assist. RSVP with the form below to receive an email with the link on the day of the event.” (August 18, 2025).
In her final post of the evening, Salinas criticized recent national policies and reaffirmed her commitment to advocating for families: “Under President Trump, America has become too expensive, and Republicans made things even worse with the Big, Ugly Bill. Andrea Salinas has served in Congress since 2023 after representing constituents in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023. Born in San Mateo, California in 1969 and currently residing in Tigard at age 53, Salinas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
