On November 13, Salinas posted a statement regarding a congressional vote: “Read my statement on today’s vote. https://t.co/UnMnM3XZsk”. Later that day, she elaborated on her position following a House floor session: “I just got off the House floor, where I voted NO on the Republicans’ bad bill. Hear from me https://t.co/Lquf4h58Ku”.
In a subsequent message directed at residents of her district, Salinas invited public feedback concerning the impact of government operations: “Make your voices heard, #OR06! Andrea Salinas has represented Oregon’s 6th District in Congress since 2023 after previously serving in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023. She was born in San Mateo, California in 1969 and resides in Tigard. Salinas earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994.
