Later that evening at 19:08 UTC, Salinas criticized unspecified individuals for policies related to healthcare and food security. She stated: “These are the people you have to thank for cutting millions in health care and ripping food from children https://t.co/WggQV7Tgtj”

In a subsequent post at 21:24 UTC on September 2, Salinas congratulated Isabella Baldisseri of Woodburn High School for being elected International President of Key Club. She wrote: “Congratulations to #Woodburn High School Senior, Isabella Baldisseri, for being elected as the International President of Key Club. Andrea Salinas has served in Congress since 2023 after representing constituents in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 through early 2023. Born in San Mateo, California in 1969 and currently residing in Tigard, Salinas earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994.
