Andrea Salinas was born in San Mateo, California in 1969 and currently resides in Tigard. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994. Before serving in Congress beginning in 2023, she was a member of the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023.
