Later that day, Salinas marked an important milestone for the U.S. Marine Corps: “Today, the Marine Corps celebrates its 250th birthday. As the proud daughter of a Marine, I thank every Marine for their tremendous sacrifices, bravery, and dedication to protecting our freedoms. Happy Birthday Marines — Semper Fi!”
