Mac Garrett, a former standout from Corbett School, took the field for the Western Oregon Wolves on Tuesday, March 10, at 2 p.m., as they secured a 13-8 victory over the George Fox Bruins in an NCAA Division II baseball contest.
The matchup, held at Curtis and Margaret Morse Athletic Fields, was the team’s first meeting with the Bruins this season.
Garrett was on the mound for 2 innings and tallied 1 strikeout.
The Wolves are set to play again on Friday, March 13, at 1 p.m. at Dehler Park, facing off against the Montana State Billings Yellowjackets.
