Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Phagans School of Hair Design

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Phagans School of Hair Design, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Oregon students paid $17,900 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 52 students received grants or scholarships totaling $235,639 and 54 students took out student loans totaling more than $364,789.

Including all undergraduates (163), 137 students used grants or scholarships totaling $599,017, and 134 students took out $932,977 in federal student loans.
