Of the 110,456 people living in Gresham in 2020, 50.4 percent (55,644) were women and 49.6 percent (54,812) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East PDX Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 971. In the 65 and over age range, there were 8,913 females and 6,659 males.
