This survey is intended to gather public input regarding what strategies to adopt and implement regarding House Bill (HB) 2003.
This survey will help advise the City Council on which strategies to adopt for housing production in Molalla, please help us by providing your opinion... it really does matter.
In 2019 the Oregon Legislature passed House Bill (HB) 2003 requiring cities, like Molalla, with over 10,000 in population to have an up to date Housing Needs Analysis and Housing Production Strategy.
The City of Molalla is currently engaged in a Housing Needs Analysis and Buildable Lands Inventory that, along with public input, will aid the City Council in selecting Housing Production Strategies that will be integrated in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Note - The City of Molalla already uses several of the strategies listed; please proceed with the survey as if the City does not use any of the strategies listed.
