The City of Estacada is accepting applications from persons interested in serving on the Estacada Planning Commission, Estacada Parks & Recreation Commission, Estacada Area Arts Commission, Estacada Infrastructure Committee, Estacada Library Board, Estacada Budget Committee, Downtown Estacada Commission, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.   

The Planning Commission has 3 vacancies.  Two vacancies may be filled by residents living within the 97023 zip code and one vacancy must be filled by a resident living within the Estacada city limits. The term of office is four years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2027.

The Parks & Recreation Commission has 2 vacancies.  Both vacancies may be filled by residents living within the Estacada School District Boundaries.  The term of office is two years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2025.

The Estacada Area Arts Commission has 3 vacancies.  Two vacancies may be filled by residents living within the Estacada School District Boundaries and one vacancy must be filled by a resident living within the Estacada city limits.  The term of office is two years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2025.

The Estacada Infrastructure Committee has two vacancies. Both vacancies must be filled by residents living within the Estacada city limits. The term of office is 3 years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2026.

The Estacada Library Board has 2 vacancies. The vacancies must be filled by residents living within the Estacada city limits. The term of office is 4 years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2027.

The Estacada Budget Committee has 4 vacancies.  All vacancies must be filled by qualified electors living within the Estacada city limits.  The term of office is 3 years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2026.

The Downtown Estacada Commission has 3 vacancies. All vacancies must be filled by a resident, business owner-operator, and/or property owner in/of the city.  The term of office is two years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2025.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee has 3 vacancies. All vacancies must be filled by residents living within the Estacada school district boundaries for at least one year. The term of office is 2 years, beginning 4/1/2023 and expiring 3/31/2025.

 

Appointments will be made by the City Council at their March 13, 2023 meeting.  Applications must be received by 5:00pm, Monday, January 30, 2023.
