Census Bureau: 78.4% of people in Clackamas County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 418,577 citizens living in Clackamas County in 2021, 78.4% were old enough to vote, equating to 328,346 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 161,460 were male, constituting 49.2%, and 166,886 were female, making up 50.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Clackamas County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 79.2%.
