Talk with your City Manager Philip Morley any Tuesday in May from 9-10 AM at Stomping Grounds. Ask questions about Fairview City government, make  suggestions, or raise concerns. Come share a cup of coffee! If popular, Philip hopes to continue coffee sessions in future months.
