Digital Assistance Pilot Program

Would you like to get better at using a computer? The City of Fairview is hosting a free digital literacy training that will teach attendees how to operate an email account and digital calendar, create a written document, and more using a computer.

The training—run by our partners at Free Geek—will be held at the Fairview Community Center from 6:00  PM to 7:00  PM over three consecutive Wednesdays in October—the 12th, 19th, and 26th. Participation in all three sessions is highly recommended, as they are intended to be taken together in order as a series. Spanish translation will also be offered.

Space is limited, and you must register ahead of time, so if you would like to participate—or learn more about the event—please contact the event coordinator, Nate Midgley,  by calling or texting 971-334-5344 or by emailing midgleyn@ci.fairview.or.us.
