On April 3, 2025, Andrea Salinas highlighted her support for the EASE Act, which aims to expand healthcare access across the United States. Referring to an existing telehealth pilot program that has demonstrated success in rural areas, Salinas stated: "The pilot program used telehealth to connect rural residents with specialty care services, reducing wait times and improving coordination between providers. The EASE Act would take that program nationwide, expanding access to care for millions of Americans."

On April 4, 2025, Salinas shared details of a meeting with Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty. They discussed collaborative efforts to enhance resources for their communities. Salinas tweeted: "I welcomed Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty to my DC office, where we discussed our shared commitment to delivering the funding and resources that residents deserve. We will continue working together to make life better for folks in Beaverton and across #OR06."

In another tweet on the same day, Salinas addressed feedback she received from her constituents regarding President Trump's tariffs. The general consensus reflected strong opposition, as she noted: "I asked folks from across #OR06 to share their thoughts about President Trump's tariffs. 84% of respondents said they OPPOSE these reckless taxes. The results are clear: Oregonians do NOT want to foot the bill for Trump's trade wars."
