The City of Fairview announced today that it is seeking a developer for the innovative multiple use space known as the Heart of Fairview property. The City desires to partner with a creative experienced developer to create a vibrant commercial and gathering place that supports small entrepreneurial experimentation, incubation and growth. The program should provide a mixed of space sizes accessible to local/regional businesses artisans and makers.
