Congresswoman Andrea Salinas, representing Oregon's 6th District since 2023, shared several updates via social media. Salinas has been active in her role and often communicates directly with her constituents through platforms like Twitter.

On January 30, 2025, Congresswoman Salinas invited the public to an upcoming town hall meeting. "ATTN #OR06: You’re invited to join me and @SenJeffMerkley at Parrish Middle School for an in-person town hall on Sunday, February 2! No RSVP required – all are welcome! February 2, 2025 4:30 PM PT Parrish Middle School Gym 802 Capitol Street NE Salem, OR 97301"

The following day, January 31, she extended birthday wishes to a colleague. "Happy birthday to my friend and colleague @RepBynum! It's an honor to fight for Oregonians alongside you. Hope you have a great day!"

Later that same day, Salinas commemorated a significant milestone in U.S. history regarding Social Security. "85 years ago today, Ida Fuller became the first person to receive a Social Security check. Since then, Social Security has helped millions of Americans retire with dignity. I will keep fighting to protect this critical program for future generations."
