Andrea Salinas, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Oregon's 6th District, shared her perspectives on various issues through a series of tweets on March 26, 2025. Since her tenure in office beginning in 2023, after serving in the Oregon House of Representatives, Salinas has focused on diverse matters including public service, mental health, and air traffic control.

On March 26, 2025, Salinas paid tribute to Congressman Raúl Grijalva, stating, "Congressman Raúl Grijalva was a true public servant. He cared deeply about protecting our environment and public lands, and fought tirelessly to make life better for working families in Arizona and across America. My thoughts are with his loved ones today. Que descanse en paz."

In a subsequent tweet on the same day, she addressed statements made by Secretary Kennedy, noting their potential danger. ".@SecKennedy's false statements about certain mental health medications aren’t just unhelpful, they’re also dangerous. That's why @RepBeccaB, @SenTinaSmith, and I sent him a letter demanding that he retract these comments and stop spreading misinformation. Read it here https://t.co/DEydKGxBZG"

Later on March 26, 2025, Salinas tweeted about a nationwide issue of shortages in air traffic controllers. She shared her engagement with the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. "As we face a nationwide shortage of air traffic controllers, I met with members of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association from Oregon to discuss actions Congress can take to solve this problem. Thank you for meeting with me and for your hard work to keep us safe."
