Andrea Salinas, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Oregon's 6th District since 2023, has recently shared a few remarks on political issues through her Twitter account. These comments come amid ongoing discussions in the political arena.

In a statement posted on April 10, 2025, Salinas addressed actions by former President Trump, stating, "We have to call this what it is: an obvious power grab by a wannabe dictator." She emphasized her commitment to defending democracy against those who aim to undermine it.

She further elaborated on her views the same day, commenting on the legality of Trump's actions. Salinas remarked, "The reality is that many of Trump’s executive orders are unconstitutional – and he knows it." She accused Trump and his allies of circumventing the Constitution instead of respecting federal judges' decisions.
