Andrea Salinas has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Oregon's 6th District, since 2023. She previously served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023.

Salinas, 53, hails from San Mateo, California, but now resides in Tigard. She completed her studies with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1994.
