In one tweet posted on March 25, 2025, Congresswoman Salinas expressed pride in her legislative achievements: "I am proud to share that three of my amendments have passed the House with overwhelming bipartisan support."

Another tweet from the same date highlighted her amendment to the Mathematical & Statistical Modeling Education Act. She stated that it aims to ensure equitable benefits from federal investments in STEM education for students from low-income families and underrepresented groups: "My amendment to the Mathematical & Statistical Modeling Education Act ensures that students from low-income families, rural communities, and other underrepresented groups benefit equally from federal investments in STEM education."

Additionally, Salinas mentioned her amendments to the DOE & USDA Interagency Research Act focused on wildfire prevention and agricultural pest control. These efforts aim to incorporate important priorities for Oregon into federal research initiatives: "Meanwhile, my amendments to the DOE & USDA Interagency Research Act focus on wildfire prevention and agricultural pest control to make sure that these important priorities for Oregon are included in federal research efforts."
